Incostra builds AI apps and agent frameworks, and the data layer they depend on.

## Why we started Incostra

Most AI initiatives don’t fail because the models are weak. They fail because the data underneath is scattered, inconsistent and hard to govern.

Teams build a promising pilot on a spreadsheet extract, then find it can’t reach the real systems, can’t be trusted with sensitive data, and can’t explain its answers. The pilot stalls, and confidence in AI goes with it.

Incostra exists to close that gap. We start with the data foundation, make enterprise knowledge usable by AI, and then build agents and apps that people rely on every day.

He founded Incostra to build what comes next: AI agents that sit on that trusted data and do real work alongside the people who use them.
